General returns
Apparel, hats, bags or other items that are personalized are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. For this reason, we encourage you to choose sizing and colors carefully before we add logos or other artwork. We do offer returns on non-personalized items that has not been used for a restocking fee of 25%.
Artwork Sizing & Color
Please carefully approve artwork sizing and colors before production for all orders. After artwork is approved, we make every effort to match colors and sizing to the sample or mockup approved, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to the custom nature of apparel decoration.
Damaged items
Occasionally items are damaged during our production process or otherwise don’t meet our standards of quality despite our best efforts. For apparel purchased through Rocky Mountain Embroidery that does not meet a commercially acceptable level of quality, we will replace damaged items without additional charge to you. Customer supplied garments or items can be embroidered or printed at your own risk. For items purchased outside our store and brought in for decoration, we cannot be liable for damages.
